Data collected
We collect only the data needed to get in touch and to arrange a visit where applicable: surname, first name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
This data is provided voluntarily through the contact form. No data is collected automatically for advertising profiling purposes.
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is used to respond to your enquiries, provide the information you have requested and, where applicable, arrange a visit to the space. The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form, together with Welcome Coworking's legitimate interest in managing relations with its prospective and existing clients.
Data recipients
Only the managers and staff of Welcome Coworking authorised to handle your enquiry have access to your data. It is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
The site is hosted by OVHcloud, which may host the technical data associated with messages. This processor acts under the responsibility of BUZZ CAPITAL and in compliance with GDPR obligations.
Retention period
Data from the contact form is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, then archived for evidential purposes and for the management of commercial relations for a maximum of three years from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Your rights
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the following rights:
