These terms of use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for accessing and using the welcome-coworking.com website (the "Site"), published by BUZZ CAPITAL, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €10,000, registered with the Strasbourg Trade Register under number 825 282 551, whose registered office is at 204 avenue de Colmar, 67100 Strasbourg.

The Site is a showcase site presenting the spaces, plans and services of the Welcome coworking space. No sales or paid bookings are made online.

Browsing the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The publisher may amend them at any time; the applicable version is the one online at the time of consultation.

The Site is freely accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during interruptions for maintenance, updates, force majeure or technical failure. The publisher cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability.

Internet access and equipment costs remain the responsibility of the user.

Users undertake to provide accurate information when using the contact form and not to submit any unlawful, abusive or defamatory content, or content infringing the rights of third parties.

The data submitted is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and is used solely to respond to the enquiry and, where applicable, to arrange a visit to the space.

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts shall be those of the Strasbourg jurisdiction.
